Outline Itinerary

Day 1: In Warsaw

Arrival in Warsaw, the capital dynamics of flourishing democracy in Poland. The driver will be at the Frederic Chopin airport for transfer to the hotel.

Day 2: In Warsaw

Tour of the monuments and attractions in Warsaw on a private tour in the morning. View the Palace of Culture, the Radziwill Palace and the Jewish Ghetto Memorial. Spend the afternoon enjoying this historical bustling city at your own pace.

Day 3: In Warsaw

Enjoy a free day to travel on their own. Spend the day perhaps by strolling in the old town of Warsaw, meticulously reconstructed after the Second World War, or take an excursion to Wilanów, the largest of the palaces of Warsaw, on the outskirts of the city.

Day 4: At Kraków

Transfer by private car to Warsaw Central Station for a morning train to Kraków. Travel first class and another driver will transfer to hotel on arrival in this city a World Heritage Site. Enjoy an evening walking tour of Kraków, a beautiful, historic and rich culture that quickly packed-transports visitors from the 13th century.

Day 5: At Auschwitz & Wieliczka

This day will feature a private full-day excursion to Auschwitz and Wieliczka. The somber memorial to the Holocaust at Auschwitz can be one of the most important historical periods in Poland. Later, go to the Wieliczka salt mine. Over the centuries, the miner’s chapels carved and sculpted their own artistic worship of their favorite religious figures, legends and myths.

Day 6: In Kraków to Budapest

Spend the day exploring Kraków. This city is overflowing with historic charm, cobblestone streets, Gothic buildings, Baroque churches and delights of any traveler. Meet a driver in the afternoon for transfer to the Kraków Glowny train station for travel in first class compartment Budapest bed.

Day 7: At Budapest

Day 8: Danube Bend

Embark on a private full-day excursion to the Danube Bend, one large tract of Europe’s longest river. Visit the historic towns and ruins of Szentendre, Esztergom and Visegrad. At night, enjoy a traditional gypsy dinner with entertainment.

Day 9: Departure

Transfer by a private car to Budapest Ferihegy Airport for your flight back to the United States.
